I`ve had another happy weekend, this time with a good friend of mine, John and his family. He was generous enough to give me some good tips to help me with setting up a sister website to www.theluckaccelerator.com that sells CDs and audio downloads of hypnosis tapes on how to attract and give love in happy relationships. The final name will be posted shortly.
Our friendship is special and illustrates one of our guiding principles of luck "Excellent Connections".
We were both at a hypnotherapy conference 3 years ago when something he said at an open meeting made me turn around and smile at him. He told me later that it was that smile I gave him that encouraged him to come over and talk to me at the break.
3 years later, we call each other every week, ask after each other`s love lives, give each other listening support and help each other out whenever one of us needs it (usually me - esp in IT!). Just because I smiled. He told me he wouldn`t have approached me if I hadn`t smiled.
I made a very precious friend because I smiled at the right time. I made an excellent connection that has given me support and valuable help that others would call "lucky" . I am lucky, it`s true. Though I think you`d agree I make my own luck.
